Hi All, Anyone on the list used PesaPI (https://github.com/pluspeople/pesaPi). If so please share your experience and any issues/shortcomings you have noticed with this API. -- Regards Brian Ngure

Hi Brian, Yes I use it - but my opinion might be slightly biased ;-) Cons - You have to understand the code - or code in general to use it - it's not a point and click solution. - First time installation can be a bit tricky. - You have to maintain your own installation, i.e. pull updates into your project when changes happen. Pro - You have to maintain your own installation ;-) i.e. no "service fee" to any middle men. - It has (limited but easily extended) support of payment systems outside Kenya. In general you can say that if you only require a limited amount of transactions then it might be easier to pay one of the commercial providers a small cut for maintaining and running your middleware. If however you have a huge amount of transactions then you want to roll your own installation/setup as it then becomes cheaper to maintain your own installation/solution. Kind regards Michael Pedersen On 2/12/13 12:01 PM, Brian Ngure wrote:
