Yeah I know that. When a call comes in, internet goes out, then reconnects after the phone call but that's not the issue I was talking about. Within the 3g coverage i surf and talk at the same time. If a page is opening or downloading, it does not stop on my side

When surfing, you are doing what is known as a data call! You can call and surf at the same time but that is limited to the phone model you have. If it can handle 2 or more threads (processes in Desktop world) at a go then you are good to go but if it cannot then the data call is 'paused' till the voice call is through!
