Re: [Skunkworks] Software ownership dispute

I find myself so much confused with corporate guys?Their are so mean and greed in everything. They invent lots of barriers to entry.I cant figure out why they think you are not one of those deserving to rip a benefit of your bright and honest mind?I always look down upon guys sitting on corporate chairs despite their financial successes. Most of them are lunatics stealing shows. They could easily buy you out and narrow your shares while taking you as an employee. In that way they could get the best out of you without going this rude. hello Kinpro, Its the kenyan business mindset. Most kenyan businessmen successes are due to political patronage and theft. More than 90% claim that they have grown legitimately and preach water while drinking changaa. That's why our education system is in tatters, because no one believes in it. And because of this most people suffer from myopia. When its all said and done the world will balance itself out. The rich will be robbed at gunpoint and killed by the desperate poor they have created On Fri, Feb 13, 2015 at 9:29 AM, Kinpro Computers-All IT soutions < kinprocomputers@gmail.com> wrote:

@Stephen, isn't it amazing how nature has a way of evening things out? @all, it's really time we in the sector came up with a structure. In as much as we like operating independently, we are not in a vacuum. External factors will influence how we work and we cannot rely on individual efforts or every man for himself attitude. (Njihia mentioned the issue of lobbying group in his article here <http://www.mbuguanjihia.com/business/lobbying-necessity-not-choice.html>). We also need some form of industry law office. Some cases like this of Gisho could have been resolved internally, or, if it has to go to court, he would have gotten good lawyers from the secretariat. This law office should exist to serve the interests of members (who pay some minimal fee for membership). Thus, when going to negotiate a deal, when writing proposals, responding to tenders, etc, we'd have the backing of our own lawyers.
