My question is: If the company is taken over, is it a sale? and is it at market value? or just plain cannibalis(u)m, if its a sale , does it mean the GOL can suddenly aford the Katusha and ICBMs even if to inflict the slightest injury on the Bulldogs.... ? there were rumours much earlier that Vodacom would take over Rwandatel and UTL (from the Libyans), http://www.thefreelibrary.com/Vodacom+to+manage+Libya%27s+LAP+Green.-a017928... but without a mobile license which is the mainstay of Vodacom will they still be interested? Re think that question again ... The amount of entrenched fibre in Rwanda owned by RwandTel is hundreds of kilometres. The company that takes over will have the advantage of owning a countrywide fibre infrastructure.
