Anyone using the Infinix 550 hotnote
Hi guys, I would like to get feedback for anyone using the infinix 550 Hot Note. I bought the phone a couple of days ago from the Jumia and I love its battery life and simplified switch customizations. i also found it much faster than a previous Sony xperia sp I had earlier. Please if you have one let me hear more about your experience.

Superb. I like it. The only problem I have with it is its sound. But for that kind of budget, it is all good. Regards. I take it that you are referring to the Hot Note X551 (typo in the subject line). I have both the Infinix Hot Note X551 and it's direct competitor, the Innjoo Note Pro. Interestingly, 'Antutu Benchmark' tool gives the exact same ratings for both phones. The Infinix has tried to tinker more with the default Android skin & feel, so purists will find the UX a tad unrefined. Both phones can shoot very impressive HD videos and photos. Yes, 1. with headphones. If you play close attention or do side by side comparisons with say the SP one has changed from, you will realize it is on a lower pedestal. Otherwise, very good. 2. The earpiece, I find too squeaky for my liking. Generally for the price it is worth it is very good. I also like its display. I have been watching Mr. Robot on/from it and find it efficient. Regards. Have the phone too and yet to find a reason to complain. Only drama has been the flip cover that cracked after a few days. Could have been careless with it though. Looove the battery life. Yes, 1. with headphones. If you play close attention or do side by side comparisons with say the SP one has changed from, you will realize it is on a lower pedestal. Otherwise, very good.
2. The earpiece, I find too squeaky for my liking.
Generally for the price it is worth it is very good.
I also like its display. I have been watching Mr. Robot on/from it and find it efficient.

My verdict : Infinix comes in tops, especially on the battery life (it's non removable). Interestingly, 'Antutu Benchmark' tool gives the exact same ratings for both phones.
The Infinix has tried to tinker more with the default Android skin & feel, so purists will find the UX a tad unrefined.
Both phones can shoot very impressive HD videos and photos. They both can do better with the 'image stretching' experienced when shooting videos while in motion.
These are value-for-money devices. Impressive for their class.
