Hello Was looking for a good wifi router that's omni directional and can easily overcome concrete walls , I'm in an apartment building, any good ideas , I bought a tplink cpe 210 , but I think it works best when it's facing the target wifi area…

Asus rules when it comes to range. Been using this for 16 months, http://www.amazon.com/RT-AC3200-Tri-Band-Wireless-Gigabit-Router/dp/B00S9SGN... Bravo

Keep in mind that having the best and most powerful wifi device does not compensate for the fact that the CPE may not have enough power to transmit back to the Wifi AP. You then end up with a scenario where you can see the Wifi SSID but keep failing to connect or maintain a connection. The emphasis should always be on the most optimum location for CPEs to be able to transmit back. On 30 January 2016 at 11:44, Riggson87 via skunkworks < skunkworks@lists.my.co.ke> wrote:

Thanks TJ for that explanation , i was able to connect to the CPE 210 but wasn't able to get any service , but when i added another TP link and used the CPE 210 to get the signal from the installed router to my device , it worked.. now only problem is that , i cant ping non of the devices internally , which now is an issue when i want to do my streaming service server setup.. but will look at all configs .
