I could be wrong but doesn't Google try to return results based on relevance (in this case, the Geographical location). Am guessing the same query would have returned different results in Swaziland :) - irrespective of the google.com as opposed to google.co.ke. Incidentally, "Sex-starved Kenyan sues over boycott" is 3rd top-most popular CCN story. I think its a pity that international media are ever so ready to sell or depict us as stupid, sex-loving, panga wielding barbarian ready to butcher one another anytime. They cetrainly do have ready information markets for that impression therefore expect this type of 'news' to continue... it's profits to them..
