Hi Allan, WP7.5 does not support STK. You might want to carry a dumbphone for MPESA. Don't know if it has/will be fixed in WP8.

Not all WP devices were created equally, Nokia's have the SIM toolkit which may be totally absent in others.
Actually the STK is not available for 1st generation WP7 devices.
