Im working on a project that will help upgrade our meeting rooms. The accessories that im considering to put in place are video cameras, microphones for the meeting rooms, mic points etc.. Is there anyone out there who has this setup,or can advice on the infrastructure. We are currently using webcams, polycoms and video conferencing equipment. The challenge here is the sound and video quality. We have a good bandwidth from safaricom. Looking forward for your responses. regards, Wallace.

Hi Wallace, Have a look at Cisco webex for recording meetings. There's a promo going on now that gives free trial licenses, hosted on a cloud. You can research Cisco jabber too. How big is your organization? Cisco does have digital displays too! Checkout Cisco digital media signage kits. No I don't work for Cisco....:-) Sent from my iPad On May 1, 2012, at 11:51 AM, wallace ngene <wallacengene@gmail.com> wrote:
