Attached is an old template to start you off. You may need to adjust the statutory deductions (NSSF/NHIF) as needed. Tony.
For the physical layout, just google : - "Mike Sonko's payslip photo" -----> Government Sample - "Madur Kant Taneja's payslip photo" -----> Private Sector Sample Have an entertained Monday! Tony.
