Local Clinic Management Software

Good people, I am doing a bit of research trying to find out if there are any locally developed and supported software for managing small private medical practices. Google has been faithful and has yielded this<http://www.chcf.org/publications/2008/01/opensource-ehr-systems-for-ambulatory-care-a-market-assessment>fantastic evaluation of various open source solutions which are specific to the US market. So, anything "loco"?

@Josy, thanks, I will contact him right away. @Brian, thanks too. But I was more interested in "loco" apps which are running in various clinics around town. By the way, that study I linked to in my initial post, i.e. this<http://www.chcf.org/publications/2008/01/opensource-ehr-systems-for-ambulatory-care-a-market-assessment>, was very comprehensive in reviewing the various open source clinic management apps.
