For Nokia N97 please go to a nokia authorised dealer and repairman, its about 4k but better than random repairmen. The port requires to be replaced with a genuine part. We have had 2 phones with the same issue but replacement sorted it. Earlier someone had just reconnected but the ports wear out easily.
