Anyone see the Hacker Alert advertisement from the Kenya National Highways Authority in the paper. It is unfortunate large public bodies like this continue to use public email systems like Yahoo! to conduct official business. Anyway, the Hacker has send an email to all the contacts of the authority alleging that the Director General and his staff are stuck in London and need GBP 2000.
