I dont know about nationhela but I use the safaricom mpesa visa and it just works. no manenos, no waiting for 2-3 days. Of course you cant withdraw from paypal but the point is you use it to feed your paypal account. All visa branded cards should operate the same, no? @mwaura last time I added an ATM card to paypal you just ask your bank nicely to give you the transaction code or something.. that paypal uses to test your account. you can be up and running in less than an hour.
