(http://goo.gl/8OAK ) 2. have you taken your website through the rigorous requirements of the OWASP testing guide? (http://goo.gl/0srDe ) Once you can say yes to these questions, check whether your website is accessible and usable (you can use a free web accessibility evaluation tool such as http://wave.webaim.org/ ), currently your SBS site is appealing but has 9 accessibility errors at the moment! IMO the two most important things when it comes to providing content and services on the web, interoperability and aesthetics should follow.
