CCK Cuts interconnection rates

Probably not. I think the Telcoms will swallow the profit after a long and bruising price war.
The only insight I can glean from this is that the likes of Airtel and YU will pay less to Safaricom for terminating calls in their network and thus make their tariffs cheaper. They will drop their rates immediately if at all they deem that will lead to increased traffic or just 'eat' the new savings.
