Okay, since your need seems to be outbound mail, you need to set it to smtpout.accesskenya.com and change the port from 25 to 587. This is conditional on the fact that: 1. You are on Access Kenya network (they are your connectivity provider) 2. Your IT sadist is not blocking this port so that you get restricted to the 'local' SMTP service within your LAN.
