We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated, energetic and dynamic e-marketing coordinator to offer technical input in the expansion and growth agenda of the company. *Overall Scope of the Role* You will be responsible for developing the appropriate e-marketing strategies that support the company to meet its both short-term and long-term objectives. You will manage E-marketing actions (branding, web design, bannering, designing promotional campaigns, mini-sites, viral marketing, search engine optimization, content editing etc) from idea conception, design and development, right through to delivery. *Job Description* Working under a consultant, you will be responsible for:- - Developing the layout, enhancing visual appearance and usability of the company's website and micro sites to ensure effective brand positioning and continuity; - Developing creative ideas and concepts choosing the appropriate media and style to meet the Company's objectives. - Managing E-marketing actions including coordination of the production and delivery of email and web communications in support of integrated marketing and communication goals; - Ensuring reputation management, which is the monitoring of the web for comments about the company and its products or services; - Developing and coordinating all online marketing promotional campaigns including regular communications such as electronic newsletters and product-specific marketing communications; - Drive qualified traffic through affiliate and paid search online marketing channels and develop new traffic drivers that increase qualified visitors to the site over time; - Performing continuous Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to ensure strong brand presence; - Establishing and maintaining an effective company's presence in the relevant social networking sites and managing overall online reputation; - Developing e-learning platform and related virtual client learning & implementation solutions; - Conducting research, providing the company on the most cost-effective and efficient online marketing channels, and thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts; - Develop monthly forecasts and campaign analysis for online advertising, monitor, measure, evaluate on the impact of web site & email programs and identify areas of improvement; - Provide monthly Web analytics reports to the head of programs with a focus on marketing effectiveness, key performance indicators (KPIs), and continuous advertising improvement. *Skills required* - A Bachelor's Degree in IT or any business related field plus relevant IT qualifications; - At least 4 years hands on experience in web design, graphic design and related e-marketing techniques; - Experience in creating e-marketing actions and campaigns using Internet as the main channel, which supposes a good technical background in Internet technologies (HTML, XML, .NET, Flash...); - Significant experience in web project management, strong knowledge of project management techniques and procedures; - Experience in marketing actions such brand positioning, promotional campaigns etc especially in services industry is desirable; - Excellent written and verbal communication skills; - Ability to work under minimum supervision, focus on results and end goals of the company; - Excellent interpersonal skills, confident, and integrity. *Our Offer* We offer a competitive compensation package with an interesting bonus program, a flexible, friendly, highly dynamic and fast-paced working environment with immense continuous learning opportunities. *How to Apply* Send us your CV and a cover letter demonstrating your interest in the role and your salary expectations through jobs@careercentre.co.ke with the subject *“E-Marketing Coordinator”*.
