If your mail server is on the LAN, then I'd do it this way: 1. Create an IMAP account. 2. Connect Outlook to that IMAP account 3. Move the e-mails from the Personal Folder to the corresponding folders in the IMAP storage 4. Disconnect Outlook 6. Connect Entourage to the same IMAP account. Here it will see all the mail. 7. Move (or copy) all the e-mails from IMAP to the corresponding folders in Entourage Personal Folders store. There may be tools to achieve this but I did not have time for Google on this one. Ok so Outlook to Entourage requires s/ware called O2M. It'll resolve everything from your personal folders to rules, settings etc. and move it all into Entourage.
