A great read Mbugua Njihia. To start with, it's sad to learn that there are still guys running this industry using radio calls and dispatch centers in the 21st Century. We already developed a software solution to address that a while back. @ Listers, ask them to contact me off-list and the system solution may just put them at par with Uber; instead of complaining!
