Transparent proxy without using wpad

hey members anyone with a working idea on xconfiguring a working transparent proxy on Centos --

Luke, May not be transparent per-se but you can configure your iptables firewall to redirect incoming port 80 requests from the LAN to the proxy port. On Wed, Feb 19, 2014 at 10:45 AM, Luke Rotich <lrotich@gmail.com> wrote:

Hi Luke, You get this all wrong! There is nothing like 'let me try abcd'. There are so many tutorials on this subject online that I wonder whether the problem is how to use Google or simply laziness. I said it. On 19 February 2014 12:03, Luke Rotich <lrotich@gmail.com> wrote:

For full transparency (source + server), if that is you intention, you may need to look at squid with tproxy kernel module. You can start here http://wiki.squid-cache.org/Features/Tproxy4, but forget X for this kind of config since it may require recompilation of the kernel.
