Steve, Thanks alot for showing interest and having provided us with a possible work plan. This being an evident prove that the idea is workable lets get down to work and fix the slots. I will get to a live chat with you for further info about the work model you have. Kind regards. James Mwangi. On 2/10/14, Steve Obbayi <steve@sobbayi.com> wrote:
This is a great idea. Personally I would be interested in getting on board hopefully from around September, hopefully progress would have been made by then. I do operate under this model but out of the country and I can tell you it comes with huge benefits. In that set up there is a graphics designer, developer, web designer, internet marketer, video editor and interior designer and a 3D artist. The stuff that's shared is receptionist, secretarial services, notary services, kitchen, phone and fax line, Internet, scanner/copier/printer, bills, office upkeep (furniture, coffee, snacks etc) and a fully equipped meeting room. With this set up its easy to collaborate on projects, share leads get referrals yet at the everyone is still independent and can bring in additional help if need be.
For this to work from this list, I suggest you set up a Google doc and ask those interested to sign up, give it a time frame and act on it. Engage with those who sign up one-on-one, physically meet and work out the details from there. You will make more progress that way. If not it will be another dud.

And why such a blunt title for the thread? It becomes so hard for searching through the archives. Anyway, this works best if there is no cannibalism among each other. As Steve has pointed out, their setup has very unique and differentiated products. I like it.
