Example right now l have a briefcase IT company offering products and services with a proposed budget of Ksh700,000 and thats a total nighmare. As a team we reduce the investment risk, cost of operations and create a maturely competitive work environment. Just an idea.

Steve, The one who implemented the idea where you are luckily had his own space, but he did not just sit and wait to sink. He went ahead and partitioned the office. For the starters of such locally we just need to have the right people and attitude. If lets say get like 10 guys, we sit and agree on terms then we raise like Ksh50,000 and deposit on a common account, we sit and draw a workable common business plan with interest of each. Him being a brand strategist, he found that he worked a lot with designers, developers, photographers, marketers etc. He sublet the individual offices to the same freelancers who would complement what his work thereby bringing in a pool of necessary talent who would work with him and/or each other when the need arose or work on their own as they normally would. Then everyone shares the common areas, office accessories and services of the administrative staff.
In our case because there is no one who already has the space, then getting off the ground will definitely need some additional input from all involved in getting a place to start out.
