[OT] bill@kplc.co.ke : Delivery to KPLC failed permanently
Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently: bill@kplc.co.ke ....it was rejected by the recipient domain. So how are we expected to check electricity balances. SMS to 5551 takes eons, now this plus all the power bill fuel charge ripoff. AND who has the time to queue for bills? Surely KLPC!

All the same, you shouldn't have to go to Uchumi to check your bill. That doesn't satisfy the need to save time. This Kenyan style of go here to get this while u can actually get it anywhere really sucks and wastes a lot of time. The only reason I should go to Uchumi is to but goods I cant get online. KPLC should implement an online case tracking system if they have not. I apparently need to pay a visit to Electricity House to get some issue resolved.
