Do you have an level 7 firewall. If well configured it should give you such reports and enough flexibility to block users based on how you categorize them.
@David , from experience , you dont want to know what people's online activities are.. you will lose trust in humanity , i've seen people downloading extremely gross stuff and accessing site that make you fear your coworkers .
