LLC Certificate of Compliance
Skunks, Who has an idea of how long it takes to get a tax compliance certificate from KRA? Hi James, We got ours in two weeks time (even without leaving our office) - this included one "failed" attempt where KRA could not locate some old manual filings of ours. Assuming you have been filing using iTax and not manual paper returns it should be quite fast (best guess less than a week). From a technical point of view if they can just do a query in the iTax database and see that everything is filed, it will naturally be much faster than if they have to go and verify numerous paper/manual returns (another reason to use iTax).
