Although this is perhaps the 'wrong' forum to address such an issue, I think the best thing would be to take the number of the 'government' vehicle & the route you were @ when the incident occurred. This discussion was from a technical angle. I wonder whether the proposed police reforms have an article for police training colleges have good IT Lecturers. Because from such training and proper IT infrastructure for the police to help them fight crime, emails like these will end.
