
Hi, Please remove the battery and plug off from power. Open up the device, let the motherboard dry and clean it with white dry or any other washing product for electrical stuff. Watson, am hoping that you followed the above wise suggestions ,would request that you give us a feed back on the same ,if in any case it din't work am able to give it the next level of repair ,component -level- repair ,Whereby i will check component by component ,the power regulator ICs ,blah blah ...see which ones might have short circuited .Thats what i do on daily basis and it helps me pay my bills ,We have had worst cases whereby laptops have been rained on for over two hours and managed to rescue them , rgds Branton.
