Hello Matere If you are in Equity Bank(Kama Mimi), get a VISA card and go to https://www.paypal.com/ke/ register with your email and link your account to the card and Walaaa you are in. To add on what Clement has said, chances are that your ATM card is Visa capable. So when you link it with your paypal account, you will be deducted some dollars, usually less than $2 so make sure you have some equivalent KShs. in your account.
