Skunks, What would make an internet connection to have speeds of over 2mbps download and approx. 0kbps upload.A speed test returns an error for the upload speed.Cannot upload(read attach in an email) even a 50kb file. The link is a 512 kbps with only one machine in use.

I can surf,even stream youtube without buffering(read delays).Cannot even attach a 50kb file file on my email address. speedtest.net gives an upload error(error readind upload file). The comp works fine with another ISP. My OS is Vista,the ISP...has been on this list n i was the devils advocate.
