I could always lend out one modem to a folk if they are stuck, on condition it is returned. That's because I have two. On Safaricom - maybe they want to increase the prices of the modems, much like their rates?? BTW, since @Collymore said they are soon testing 42Mbps in their "Safaricom Data Belt", I just felt got annoyed. What does it take Safaricom to spread, not the 42Mbps but the 21Mbps allower NBI and it's environs? Do they have some obligation to this "data belt" or it is that there are data users who are more important that the others? On Sun, Apr 8, 2012 at 16:31, Dennis Kioko <dmbuvi@gmail.com> wrote:

Safaricom's launch of the 42 Mbps was a strategic move for then to remain at the "forefront" of being the first to launch one, seeing Orange was about to announce one too. It's a repeat of the 21 Mbps launch where Safaricom "beat"Orange by less than 48 hours. This time round it was down to a 4 hour difference, with even the venue being the same http://www.cio.co.ke/view-all-main-stories/5093-safaricom-beats-orange-to-42...
