I have Zuku at two different locations Kileleshwa - good and reliable and stable Ngumo - generally good but occasionally the signal drops or speed slows to crawl - lasts about an hour and then we're good again. The main problem with Zuku now is installation. I have referred 3 people in the last month and each time the installer never met the agreed date and customer service didn't seem to know/care which is very irritating when you have taken the day off from work so you can be there when they install.
