Although it's a shame the site has been down for so long and no one thinks its a matter of urgency to correct it. Or if there's a problem correcting it at least putting a plain HTML page explaining the issue. In fact the global error handler (of course assuming there is one!) should, depending on the severity of the error, send a SMS to the system administrator for action and immediately create a case in the CRM (of course assuming there is one!) to the effect that the system is down and start tracking the case for reporting: site outages per month, resolution times, etc On Fri, May 22, 2009 at 5:40 PM, Peter Karunyu <pkarunyu@gmail.com> wrote:
