Netbackup 6.5 SAN Client Configuration

I am trying to configure netbackup to backup through SAN. The initial step of setting up the target mode for the port to be used by clients has failed. Note that I have one netbackup server and is also the media server. It has two fc ports. Now when trying to start the process of setting the target mode for the second hba, the FT server config is unable to succeed. The OS is Solaris 10. I already run nbftconfig using procedure from documetation from Veritas. */usr/openv/netbackup/bin/admincmd/nbftconfig -ls No FT servers found* */usr/openv/netbackup/bin/admincmd/nbhba -l Unable to communicate with HBA ports. Please ensure that this system is set up correctly with nbftsrv_config. (Must not be set up as FT Server.) Error #11: system call failed* *Has anyone configure the FT media server on Solaris 10/09 successfully or am I missing something?* NB: A solution from symantec, http://support.veritas.com/docs/325332, advises to " Remove NetBackup FT drivers, reinstall Solaris 10 Fiber Channel patches 125184-08 and 125166-12 then reinstall the NetBackup FT drivers " which fails on my system since there are later versions of the patches(i.e. the said patches have been obsoleted). **
