(That's exactly how it is).   All in all this site gets about 3/10 (and I'm being good coz it's Friday). 3 Coz it's technically faulty (load times) and that indicates poor design which likely means there could be other technical issues, Not user friendly, Not elegant (it's a public website, make it attractive, appealing, ...).   All the best to the dev team. Infact guys give up and let the cafe attendant login for them and print PIN certificates. That definately doesn't sound good for the KRA system.   I've tried in IE 7 and Firefox 3.
