I would use the scanpst.exe that comes with your distribution before trying a third-party app, ergo try Sammy's suggestion first is my advice (especially if the info is sensitive) otherwise read the T&C of the third party app just so you know what you are signing up for. cheers. Kindly share the errors you are getting. Was the Pst compiled in the same MS version or you are accessing it using a different version ??
