Hey guys, I am looking for a consultant to assess the security of an electronic web based database and related mobile technology applications to identify potential security threats, and recommended actions for MSH (Management Sciences for Health Tanzania). This activity supports MSH's work in establishing a national database of pharmacies and drug dispensing outlets (ADDO) and piloting related mobile tech with Pharmacy Council of Tanzania. MSH is looking to this via a consultant with following qualifications: 1. 5 years experience in network evaluations, vulnerabilty assessment, IT security,IT quality assurance 2. past experince in providing recommendations on identified risk 3. proposed staff to have Bachelors Degree in comp science, cyber security , comp engineering advanced degree preferred. 4. Staff have excellent documentation and systemic evaluation skills 5.
