Skunks, I hope this email finds you well. The subject has been bothering me of late. Given our affinity to copy and implement ideas how are tech-prenurs in Kenya protecting ideas during development to avoid copying and sometimes launching before the real innovator does. How could someone protect his idea especially after sharing it with contracted developers. regards, James Sent from a mobile device.

1. Innovate faster than everybody else by creating a better organization. 2. Keep in mind that there is virtually no pure 'innovation'. Tesla didn't invent the electric car, Apple didn't invent the computer. 3. Execute better and focus on the 4 years that it will take to get a startup to where it needs to be. Competition validates your startup. -- Kili - Cloud for Africa: kili.io Musings: twitter.com/varud <https://twitter.com/varud> More Musings: varud.com About Adam: www.linkedin.com/in/adamcnelson On Sat, May 31, 2014 at 8:27 AM, James Kagwe <kagwejg@gmail.com> wrote:

Hi. Adams no 3 is the key point. If u intend to do a software enabled startup, get a good coder,in the shareholding. Else learn to code. facebook is a good example. Mark had been contracted to develop some twin brothers ideas. If it can happen in usa it can happen in .ke On 31 May 2014 08:28, "James Kagwe" <kagwejg@gmail.com> wrote:
