H i Steve, Have spoken to the above; - subarukenya - some lady doesn't even know what that is and she is in sales! Claiming i must give my Chassis number - ridiculous D2R/D2S/D2C etc are universal!! - Performance auto - selling "supervision" brand at ksh 6,000 - the mhindi was nice to explain but really am inclined to OSRAM or PHILLIPS. (second hand cheaper but ofcourse you never know how long they willl last) - In Dubai where i can get access quickly (not me) - i cant trace a shop selling, does anyone know? - Ebay/Amazon prices variance is too deep, you never know if new or used (am not an online guy all the same)! - Funny enough i bought one at Ksh 1, 500 (vat incl.!) at westlands (chinese) but am not convinced - just to keep my path lightened but quality missing. Now the other is turning purple/violet and in the last stages of its life. Is anyone out there in EU or USA and coming back home? - can buy i reimburse cash on delivery - need a PAIR - thanks. I once was lucky to have access to the same software they use there, and I can confirm that using a chassis number is by far the quickest method of getting a part. @Peter, i don't drive a subaru but the headlight bulbs have a *universal code on it.* So no need for chassis number. I gave all the details required to purchase one " OSRAM or Phillips D2R, 4300-5000K or even 6000K color temp" Also i agree on the chassis (this is common even in Cisco). thanks will give it a short at subatech.
