I'm sorry - when accidents such as the cable cut occur - one cannot blame the service provider as these are out of their control. But when services are affected due to insufficient system resources (read not enough disk space) then I have MAJOR beef. How much does it cost to simply ensure that systems supporting online services are kept in good condition? I believe that if you ask the CEO why he hasn't made sure the the systems have enough storage and processing capacity he'll say no one told him they need to spend money for the upgrade(s) and probably slap someone with a disciplinary action.
