How can we vote for KENIC when we can't use globally standard registrars like Gandi because KENIC won't allow registrars without a Kenyan address register domain names? Even the Somalia registrar allows this: http://www.soregistry.so/ Also, .ke doesn't have DNSSEC as brought up in a previous thread. Great criticism Adam. I am sure KENIC is not averse to criticism. Such comments are the ones that make us pull up our socks. I'm sure if we think hard, we can position KENIC as one of the great registries in the Region. The third thing is the lack of accessible second level domains like nakumatt.ke instead of nakumatt.co.ke If Kenic would announce that it wants to work on these things but can't because of X, I'd be happy to support you guys (although I'm not sure how exactly).
