Been using JTL 15mbs for a year or so and i can confirm that its very reliable, for me. Altho' if their fiber cable to your route has issues, then that could be the reason for your major downtime. But you need to confirm from other JTL user in your local to see if they share your issue. Bravo

Guys, I've also been experiencing downtime / fluxtime with JTL who are usually very stable. They did say that they're sorting out some issues and will be done in a week.
