Question: Isn't it just easier to get a prepaid debit card like the Nakumatt card and link it to your PayPal account. Then any time you need to use it, you just top up the card by MPESA? @Brian, the pre-paid card solution only caters for only one group of users - the 'senders' There are those who get receive funds/payments via PayPal. Tony.
