Hey good people, Probably this has been asked before. I need data on the models of mobile phones in the market. The operators are probably the best source for this data. Any advice on how to get this data? o_O?

Hi Wesley, I had downloaded some info for the same sometime back from www.getjar.com. Sorry I can't remember the exact URL.

Methinks the best way of getting this data is: a) contact KEBS. I guess they have some kind of infor that shows the goods imported. I'm basing my argument on an asKenya does not manufacture handsets, and b) approach specific local outlets which sell handsets e.g. paragon mostly deals with samsung products. And then you compare your results. If you choose b, then, my assumption is, you need to draw hypothetical deductions unless these outlets tell you the whole truth!
