Converting airtime to M-Pesa is not possible without a policy change... explanation - Because Safaricom would have to sell the the airtime back to the customer before it can go back into M-Pesa. It would only be possible if Safaricom has a refund policy because... Airtime = Safaricom's money or... Airtime = Your Minutes (Note: Not money) and... M-Pesa = Your money There is no relationship between Airtime (Safaricom's money) and M-Pesa (Your money) without Safaricom refunding your money.
