Accessing the skunkworks archives?
Dear Moderator(s) I am kinda surprised that we now have to login so as to access the archives, in the past, these archives have been open to everyone...In this era of open data initiatives, it would be good if anyone, anywhere, can access the skunkworks archives anytime... anyway, I cannot remember the password that I used when subscribing to the list. OK...Now, to our surprise, we have just realised that all the messages between April 2009 and December 2009 are set to private (with the message: "Private archive file not found")... The messages I am interested in are circa 2009...so even if I retrieve my password, I still will not access what I want... What is the reason for flagging these all the 2009 messages to private???? OK, there was this jamaa who posted a web hosting offer and he put his email contacts and phone contacts in the post...I paid for a 2 year contract, circa 2009 and now my domain is definitely about to expire...I lost his contacts and he has moved from the office block I left him at...so I wanted to go through the archives and see if the contacts in the message he had posted are still valid... ...this will be a huge time wasting task for you and so it would have been good if I could access the archives myself... ...Thanks for your generosity...
