Hi guys, I'm having a problem with the above ISP and need to take a more drastic action to get some kind of assistance from them. Is there anyone who knows somene that I can contact there? I have contacted their support team, account manager, head of account managers, and some finance guy to try and get my domain name transferred to a different ISP and all I am getting is (what's the opposite of cooperation?). I am sick and tired of talking to people who are only taking me round in circles. I'd like to talk to someone who is more thoughtful of what their clients think of them. I'd appreciate if someone could help me in this regard. Me.
