Teams IRU, costs of local bandwidth costs from Mombasa to Nairobi

Eassy have already talked about their IRU for next year at around 26usd per Mbit. So is it okay to say we should WAIT another year until the cheapest IRUs hit mainland and then decide on the best service provider? Because there is much talk of WAIT for a few months and I cannot find any more information about teams, no website, no info, no nothing except this http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/TEAMS_(cable_system)#Capacity Ok, to wait is good but what excatly for? Anyone have solid figures on what is to be expected? Also, anyone know the monthly cost of an STM local circuit from Mombasa to Nairobi on KDN and TKL? If there are network gurus and others with any insights or info on the list, hope they will respond. Cheers.

U can pick seacom bandwidth either from msa or nrb at the same costs.
