So is it okay to say we should WAIT another year until the cheapest IRUs hit mainland and then decide on the best service provider? Anyone have solid figures on what is to be expected? Also, anyone know the monthly cost of an STM local circuit from Mombasa to Nairobi on KDN and TKL?
