I am trying to repair a Windows XP Compaq machine but it gives me the following error: *Windows XP Professional Setu*p Setup did not find any hard disk drives installed in your computer. Make sure any hard disk drives are powered on and properly connected to your computer, and that any disk-related hardware configuration is correct. This may involve running a manufacturer-supplied diagnostic or setup program Setup cannot continue. To quit setup, press F3. Any suggestions will be appreciated Robert Ndegwa

Hi, What model is it? Could be the PC has a SATA drive controller. XP does not support them natively. R D On Thu, Jun 30, 2011 at 5:26 PM, Robert Ndegwa <bobwaire@gmail.com> wrote:
