Well, Motorola had hired economists to lead a tech company, the guys were trying to sell RAZRs when the world was moving to smartphones, then they fired the economists and hired engineers and now they are back on track. Lets wait and see if the lock down the UMTS version, but no hope given that the Milestone was also locked. Big mistake locking down a phone for geeks
